Junior Matt Standley scored 15 points in Kayhi’s 52-44 win over Soldotna Saturday. Kayhi’s stingy defense limited Soldotna to 17 first half points, but the Kings (11-9, 3-1) gave up all of the 11-point lead in the third quarter. The defense returned in the fourth quarter and Kayhi earned the split.

Kayhi trailed 30-15 at halftime Friday, but took the lead with just over two minutes remaining. However, the Kings were not able to hold the 1-point lead and lost 52-51.
