The Kayhi’s baseball team swept West Valley 10-3 on Friday and Saturday at the Norman Walker Field. Senior Casey Hendricks pitched most of the game Friday night. They didn’t have all their top players, but we expected to win said Hendricks.
“We expected to win, we have a solid team that works hard and works well together,” said Hendricks, “We can work on throwing strikes and having a better mind set at the plate.”
The Kings were up 10-0 before the Wolfpack scored. Junior Nathan Bonck only allowed one hit in four innings on Saturday night.  The Kayhi Kings also beat West Valley 10-3 on Saturday, making the Kings 5-0 on the season.
The Kings host Juneau Douglas and Thunder Mountain Thursday – Saturday.
