Skagway Beats Kake to Open 1A Regions

 Skagway boys defeated Kake, 39-37 in the first game of the 1A Region V Tournament. Skagway will play top seeded Hydaburg tomorrow at 3:15 The Skagway Girls defeat Hoonah, 23-19, and will play No 1 seed Klawock Thurs. at 1:30 p.m. See brackets below and follow @kayhicurrent on twitter for updates.
