Kayhi girls soccer is heading to Anchorage to play Kenai, Soldotna, Seward, and Homer. All games will be non-conference, but there will be a JV-type against Seward for the fourth game. Kayhi junior Farren Linne is nervous to play the teams from up north with the lack of healthy players, but is excited to see how they do.
“We don’t know anything about any of the teams we’re going to play against so it’ll be interesting to see how we do,” said Linne. “We have a lot of injured players so I’m hoping over this last weekend they were able to rest and recover.”
Kayhi (0-4) lost two games to TMHS over the weekend, 4-0 on Wednesday, and 3-0 on Thursday.
