The Kayhi Kings soccer team(5-3, 2-2) lost to Juneau-Douglas 4-1 on Thursday, and 4-0 on Friday.
Although the team was prepared to face a high quality team, junior Max Collins thinks they still couldn’t hold back the high caliber team.
“The team was prepared to play the strong team and felt very confident going into the game,” said Collins. “But we didn’t expect to be beat that badly. We are going to learn from these losses and take it back to Juneau-Douglas next weekend.”
Kayhi plays Juneau-Douglas this weekend in Juneau.
