Wrestling takes first in Juneau

The Kayhi wrestling team won the Brandon Pilot Invitational in Juneau with 204 points. Six Kayhi wrestlers placed first in their bracket and five took second.
Coach Rick Collins was happy with the team’s results.
“Overall we did well,” said Collins. “There is always improvements to make and we are just continuing to work hard and hopefully get better each week.”
Senior Izaak Jensen gave nothing but positive things to say about the tournament.
“We beat Juneau, won the tournament, and came back with quite a few titles,” said Jensen. “It was very low-key.”
